[ ] 2. Close private tabs and documents before screen sharing.
[ ] 3. Quiet notification sounds and banners.
[ ] 4. Record a short speech and playback test; check both your mic and guest/game audio.
[ ] 5. Check the picture, focus, lighting, background, and shared text size.
[ ] 6. Keep the opening question, water, and session notes within reach.
[ ] 7. Know where the mute and end-broadcast controls are.
[ ] 8. Afterward: confirm the broadcast is over and check that the recording plays.
